Our volunteers support nonprofits in two ways:

Consulting Engagements

8-10 week projects staffed with teams of 6 volunteers who devote 3-5 hrs/wk. Projects held twice per year – Fall & Spring.

One night working with a nonprofit’s constituents or providing a quick consulting session, these events are held 2-3 times per year.

Volunteer on Your Terms

  • Volunteer for one evening at an ImPACt event
  • Join a consulting engagement team for an 8-10 week project (3-5 hours/week)
  • Lead a consulting team (5-7 hours/week)
  • Support internal PennPAC development efforts as part of a team or as a solo effort on your own time (time commitment options vary)
  • Accommodate your work schedule – Standard project teams have meetings and calls in the evenings or on weekends, while Business Hours project teams have meetings and calls during the business day

Further your Career

  • Increase your professional knowledge across disciplines, including marketing, operations,  finance and technology
  • Fine tune your leadership skills – training and support are provided
  • Sharpen your consulting skills using The PennPAC Consulting Process, project management tools, training materials and consulting templates
