Project Focus: PennPAC will help Breaking Ground to define and operationalize their Connect to Care corporate partnership services.
Brooklyn Navy Yard
Mission: Dedicated to fueling New York City’s economic vitality by creating quality jobs, growing the City’s modern industrial sector, and connecting the local community with the economic opportunity and resources of the Yard. To advance this mission, BNYDC launched the “Yard Lab” — a concept to use the Navy Yard as a living lab for local companies to test new technologies and business initiatives in 2022.
Project Focus: PennPAC will conduct a market analysis of the startup Climate Tech industry, more specifically for companies with a hardware focus. This market analysis will include an industry description of founders and companies, SWOT analysis, and competitive landscape so that Yard Lab can grow awareness and access for women and BIPOC founders.

Brooklyn Workforce Innovations
Mission: BWI empowers low-income New Yorkers by creating living-wage employment opportunities and access to career paths. Our programs counter prevailing market inequalities, especially those based on race or gender, and contribute to a broader movement for economic justice.
Project Focus: PennPAC will address how BWI can improve the effectiveness of their communications and marketing with the specific goal of helping to increase the number of trainees who register for their programs

Project Focus: PennPAC will assist Casita Maria to increase staff engagement and retention for both full and part-time staff, and create a healthy organizational culture committed to Casita’s mission.

Mission: To promote educational equity in the New York metropolitan area by implementing critical summer and out-of-school programs that serve under-resourced communities.
Project Focus: PennPAC will help Horizons to facilitate an expansion strategy in New York City.

Mission: Cosmic Writers provides high-quality creative writing education for kids in grades K–12; engaging, accessible writing opportunities to kids from all locations and socioeconomic backgrounds; and well-paying part-time jobs to college students pursuing arts and writing.
Project Focus: PennPAC will help Cosmic Writers to compile the necessary information to develop a strategy for program expansion and a sustainable funding model.

Mission: Mt. Vernon Manor provides affordable housing, encourages residents to nurture caring families, and champions a robust and sustainable environment and quality of life in West Philadelphia.
Project Focus: PennPAC will help Mount Vernon Manor with a comprehensive review of organizational systems and practices with a focus on workflow, data/document storage, and reporting will the hope of improving efficiency, productivity, and increased capacity to collaborate with both internal and external partners.

Mission: Tikvah is a grassroots Jewish organization established by parents and mental health professionals committed to improving the quality of life for adults of all ages with mental illness. Tikvah is a social program aimed at promoting community opportunities. Tikvah focuses on events where members feel safe and have fun in the company of others. Tikvah welcomes and serves people of all faiths.
Project Focus: PennPAC will help Tikvah with an updated marketing strategy to inform messaging, analyze and refine different media being used, and develop tailored strategies for engagement with stakeholder groups.
