Founder’s Circle

Jackie spent the first decade of her career in hospital administration/business development before moving into the nonprofit space. She founded PennPAC in 2010 and has guided its growth to the multi-city, multi-program organization it is today. Most recently, in 2023, she launched a new social impact venture that amplifies the impact of outstanding nonprofits through philanthropy.

As PennPAC’s founder—and also its Executive Director for its first decade—Jackie built and stewarded PennPAC’s growth, collaborating with our dedicated volunteer community and partners to strengthen and expand its impact.

David is a retired Managing Director of JPMorgan, where he worked in various capacities, most recently as head of worldwide automotive equity research.

David has been a PennPAC supporter and volunteer since 2012.

Nonprofit Affiliations: HOPE Community Services, a food pantry and soup kitchen in New Rochelle, NY.

Meredith is a licensed attorney who previously practiced in San Francisco, CA and Philadelphia, PA before moving into academics. She currently is the Director of Academic Support at Drexel University Kline School of Law after many years at Temple University Beasley School of Law. She enjoys playing tennis, mahjong, and spending time with friends and family.

Meredith began her time with PennPAC in 2020 as a Volunteer Consultant. She then went on co-lead subsequent projects. She served as the Volunteer Coordinator of the Philadelphia Chapter of PennPAC and now is a member of the Advisory Board.

Dr. Stefani Arzonetti Hite is a graduate of the American School in London, Tufts University, and the University of Pennsylvania. After a decade-long career as an award-winning art director in the marketing industry, Stef transitioned to the field of education, earning her MSEd and later her Ed.D. from Penn’s Educational Leadership program. Her doctoral research specialized in program implementation and the critical conditions necessary for the success of organizational change initiatives.

Stef’s extensive professional background includes teaching students of all ages, serving as a school administrator, and heading an international school in the United Kingdom. She is the founder and leader of the Tigris Foundation where she manages the organization’s operations and continues her specialized work in systemic redesign and professional learning. Additionally, Stef is a published author, co-writing Leading Collective Efficacy, which serves as a guide for leaders looking to build team capacity to address complex improvement needs.

Arun spent a decade in the Financial Services industry working in Sales and Trading and Asset Management. Following the attacks of 9/11, Arun volunteered to serve as an officer in the United States Navy and retired after 22 years as a Commander, with 15 years in a dual-career track in Intelligence and Special Operations.

Since 2020, Arun has personally worked in every type of engagement in PennPAC (Coaching, ImPACt, Volunteer Consultant, Team Lead, Liaison) serving on teams in every PennPAC Chapter (New York, National, Philadelphia and Bay Area). In addition to being PennPAC’s Vice Chair, Arun chairs the Advisory Board and Development Committee, and serves on the Governance and Finance committees. He has supported the Volunteer Relations Team and DEIA Task Force in the past, and also developed PennPAC’s Soft Skills Leadership Training.

Jennifer is the Founder and President of JAO Global Communications, a consultancy drawing on more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of luxury hospitality, media, and strategic communications.

Jennifer began her professional journey at NBC News before moving into the luxury hospitality sector, where she held senior roles at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and The Leading Hotels of the World. These experiences sharpened her expertise in brand positioning, executive communications, and global stakeholder engagement.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Communications, a combination that informs her instinct for both narrative and strategy.

Susan is a seasoned and visionary marketing executive and has worked for leading data and technology companies as CMO. She specializes in re-inventing brands and invigorating marketing teams so that they can be intensely focused on driving business results. Currently she consults with both B2B and consumer brands in a variety of industries.

Together with Jackie, Susan developed the coaching call program and over the years has expanded its value within PennPAC to reach more volunteers and nonprofits, and to add a co-chair so we can advise even more clients. Susan played a lead role in our 10th anniversary celebratory event and advises on our other annual events. She has served on the advisory board since joining PennPAC in 2019.
