PennPAC Fall 2023 Consulting Engagements: Bridging the Gap for Nonprofits
As the leaves change and the air turns crisp, PennPAC, the University of Pennsylvania’s Pro bono Alumni Consulting organization, is gearing up for another impactful fall season. This year, PennPAC is proud to announce a new set of consulting engagements that promise to make a significant difference in the nonprofit sector. PennPAC New York
Project Focus: PennPAC will assist Casita Maria to increase staff engagement and retention for both full and part-time staff, and create a healthy organizational culture committed to Casita’s mission.
Project Focus: PennPAC will help Mount Vernon Manor with a comprehensive review of organizational systems and practices with a focus on workflow, data/document storage, and reporting will the hope of improving efficiency, productivity, and increased capacity to collaborate with both internal and external partners.
Project Focus: PennPAC will help Tikvah with an updated marketing strategy to inform messaging, analyze and refine different media being used, and develop tailored strategies for engagement with stakeholder groups.
PennPAC Bay Area
Project Focus: PennPAC will be assisting Mission Bit in the consideration and formulation of their first strategic plan, providing suggested near and long term organizational priorities and a roadmap for incorporating strategic thinking into planning.
