Bruce brings more than 30 years of fundraising and nonprofit leadership experience, with a proven track record of building high-impact development programs and securing more than $200 million in philanthropic support for mission-driven organizations. Through his firm, Mission Impact Advisors, he has served as a fractional Development Director for a range of nonprofits, bringing the strategic perspective and hands-on experience needed to help organizations grow.
